Deep Dish Cookie

I decided to create my own version of the infamous Pizookie for holiday gifts this year, partly because I wanted an excuse to have one myself but mostly because I can't think of one person that would not love this indulgence. It was almost too simple. I just used my favorite cookie recipe {you could probably even use pre-made cookie dough}, filled this adorable dish up about 3/4 with the dough and baked it at 375 for 16 minutes. This cookie is best enjoyed warm with a scoop of ice cream so I packaged some up with it!

Love

On November 20th of this year the love of my life got down on one knee and proposed. We are planning to get married next August so we are, or should be, in full planning mode. Although, not much has actually been done yet. I will be sharing the many adventures of planning a wedding on here. What we do have is an amazing location and, possibly, a dress! The important things, right?
